Great session this morning with my 8 year old daughter, highly recommend this establishment for SEN children. Great layout, spacious, comfortable place to play. Staff are friendly, welcoming and take an interest in each child individually. Ringgo parking available on site. Will definitely be back!

What a fantastic play centre. Every little last detail has been thought of for SEN children and parents. Also so clean and welcoming. Feel genuinely lucky that I’m quite local and will be back asap.

My daughter really enjoyed @SENplay, she had fun. It’s safe for her to play and run around without worries. Different rooms decorated, it’s fun, Sen and playful space, just about right. Overall it’s relaxing both the kids and parents. I would recommend to family especially with especially need children it’s truly amazing experience.

SENPlay has been an absolute lifeline for us. It’s like a soft play but thoughtfully designed specifically for young SEN children, with sensory-friendly equipment and a calm, understanding environment. I’ve brought my son many times and it’s one of the very few places where he can truly relax and enjoy himself without overwhelm. The lady who runs it is wonderful — so kind, patient and completely non-judgmental. You can feel that it comes from the heart. We’re incredibly grateful this place exists.

What an incredibly welcoming, calm and inclusive space. You can tell the owners and team just get it! From the great selection of equipment available, to the separate regulation spaces, to the fact that the doors to the street/ kitchen/ toilets are suitably child-proofed— just WOW!

Zey was so welcoming and gave us a tour of the space, making me feel really at ease. The rest of the team and other parents/ carers felt like a little support network. Everyone was keeping an eye out for each other and there were no stares or judgement when screaming or other challenging behaviours happened. We’ll definitely be back soon!

From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm and organised. Our host was absolutely amazing, she gave us a lovely tour, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were happy with every detail. She took the time to talk to us personally, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

The facilities were perfect, thoughtfully designed for children with additional needs, yet just as enjoyable for those without. The rooms were beautifully set up and had everything you could possibly think of.

Everyone who attended couldn’t speak highly enough about the venue.

We honestly don’t have enough people like Frieda and the Senplay team, they just get it. They’re amazing not only as a business but also as individuals who truly care.

Finding somewhere that truly understands our children’s needs can be incredibly difficult but Senplay is that rare gem. It’s such a welcoming feeling to be able to truly switch off and just enjoy watching them play knowing they’re in a secure and supportive environment.

The entrance is locked and all non play areas safely inaccessible which means I’m not constantly on alert. For once I can actually relax and enjoy the moment knowing my children are not only safe but also in an environment that supports and celebrates them.

We recently held a private birthday booking for 12 children. Every child had fun no overstimulation, no chaos and no endless running after them. Just a calm, well thought out space where all the kids could be themselves and enjoy every minute.

Huge appreciation to Zey for creating a place where our kids can shine and where parents can finally feel a sense of peace during playtime. It’s more than just a play space it’s a sanctuary.
